Commercial photography is photography made or licensed for the purpose of selling a product, service or idea.

Commercial photography as we have seen has a job to do. Here are some examples of photography for a gentlemans club in London. The images had to hint at the membership (and therefore identifying with potential new members) and show members what services were at their disposal. All this whilst conveying the general ambience of the place.

When shooting events for commercial photography usage the photographer has to be very flexible in what he can take pictures of and get the image with the minimum intrusion. Even though he is expected and paid to be there!
